1. Works Engineer

Number of Vacancies: 1

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily on-site operations and construction activities.
• Ensure all construction and manufacturing processes follow approved blueprints and design specifications.
• Coordinate activities among contractors, labourers and supervising authorities.
• Monitor project progress against approved timelines and budgets.
• Review technical drawings, Bills of Quantities and material requisitions.
• Apply relevant industry standards, safety codes and regulatory requirements to all engineering work.
• Analyse plans, survey reports, maps and other available information to design and plan feasible projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with at least five years of relevant working experience.
• A master’s degree will be an added advantage.
• Good understanding of production and technical functions in concrete management.
• A valid driving licence will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of occupational safety, hazards and health management will be an added advantage.

2. Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities

• Calculate material, labour and equipment costs to prepare initial project budgets.
• Prepare detailed material quantities and scopes of work for tenders.
• Inspect project progress and prepare interim payment valuations for completed work.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related field.

3. Assistant Works Engineers
