Quasi Blockfactory

Quasi Blockfactory is the concrete and precast manufacturing division of Quasi Construction Works. The division produces a full range of concrete products used across construction and infrastructure — supplying both the Group’s own construction sites and external buyers.

By operating manufacturing in-house, the Group is able to control quality, supply consistency and delivery on its construction projects.

The range covers solid and hollow concrete blocks in 6-inch and 9-inch sizes for load-bearing walls, boundary walls, partitions and infill; reinforced concrete culvert pipes, made with fabricated steel reinforcement cages, for drainage and road crossings; and precast kerbs, interlocking pavers and rectangular pavement blocks for roads, driveways, car parks and footpaths. Ceiling blocks, precast drainage channels and custom production to project specification complete the range.
