For over 14 years, Quasi Group has been building trust in Ghana, one block at a time.
From a Single Business to a Diversified Group.
Quasi Group was founded in 2012 with Quasi Distribution Agency, supplying general merchandise and building materials to the Ghanaian market.
In 2016, the Group expanded into construction with Quasi Construction Works. This was followed by Quasi Blockfactory, established to manufacture concrete and precast products for the Group and the wider market.
Today, Quasi Group continues to grow through emerging ventures in healthcare and agriculture, Redefining Innovation across Ghana’s essential industries.

Dickson Dziwornu Tawiah
Dziwornu Dickson Tawiah is a young ascetic entrepreneur, Financial Analyst, Researcher and Chartered Accountant with expertise in finance, business advisory and strategic management. He is the Founder and CEO of Quasi Group, where he provides strategic leadership in building and developing businesses for sustainable growth and long-term value.
He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (ICAG) and holds an MPhil in Finance from the University of Ghana, a BSc in Administration (Accounting) from KNUST, and an HND in Accounting from Koforidua Technical University.
With experience across financial management, consultancy, academia and entrepreneurship, Dickson combines financial expertise with entrepreneurial insight to identify opportunities, build businesses and create lasting value.

Alexandra Fafali A. Kudjawu
Alexandra Fafali A. Kudjawu is a Safety, Health and Risk Management professional with expertise in risk management, data science and quantitative research. She holds an MSc in International Business Administration – Data Science & Decision Support from Europa-Universität Viadrina, an MPhil in Risk Management & Insurance from the University of Ghana Business School, and a BA in Mathematics & Economics from the University of Ghana. With experience across finance, research and academia, she brings a strong analytical and data-driven approach to supporting safe, resilient and sustainable operations across Quasi Group.
Paditey Enoch
Paditey Enoch is an Accountant with a strong background in accounting, financial management, business law and insurance. He holds a BSc in Accounting with Computing (First Class Honours) from Garden City University College, alongside Diplomas in Financial Management and Business Law from the Institute of Commercial Management (UK). He also holds professional qualifications in Insurance and Financial Services from the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII-UK), with Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) certification pending.
